[ {Thailand Royal Palace} Platform Terms of Service & Disclaimer ]

Thank you for joining our platform. To protect the rights and interests of both parties, by participating in any membership tier, making purchases, or receiving ritual/Love Spell/Sacred Amulet services on this platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services & Acknowledgment

  1. Spiritual Experience in Nature: All services provided by this platform (including but not limited to Love Spells, rituals, fortune reminders, and Sacred Amulet consultations) fall within the scope of spiritual guidance, folk beliefs, and personal experience.

  2. No Guarantee of Results: Due to the unique nature of religious and folk beliefs, service outcomes are influenced by multiple uncontrollable factors such as personal faith, karmic destiny, and circumstances. This platform does not guarantee nor promise any specific real-world outcomes (e.g., relationship reconciliation, improved financial fortune, etc.).

    2. Membership Tiers & Purchasing Guidelines

    1. Points & Tiers: Membership points and tiers are used solely for internal platform identification and service classification. They hold no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed.

    2. Dormancy Policy: If a member has no purchase or interaction records for 12 consecutive months, the system will automatically switch the account to “dormant status.” Priority privileges will be suspended during dormancy, and reactivation procedures are subject to platform announcements.

    3. Content Display: Hidden items displayed according to membership tier are special experiential content. The platform reserves the right of final interpretation regarding item content and access conditions.

      3. Refund & Termination Clauses

      1. Customized Services: Given that rituals, Love Spells, and Sacred Amulets are predominantly customized or involve immediate provision of services, in accordance with relevant Consumer Protection Act regulations, once service execution has begun, a ritual has been initiated, or a Sacred Amulet has been shipped, no refund requests of any kind will be accepted.

      2. Service Termination: If a member engages in harassment of staff, spreads false information, or violates the law, the company reserves the right to terminate their membership without refunding any amounts already spent.

        4. Legal Disclaimer

        1. Not Medical or Psychological Counseling: The services provided by this platform do not constitute medical treatment, psychiatric care, or psychological counseling. If you have mental or physical health conditions, please seek assistance from professional medical institutions.

        2. Voluntary Participation: All purchases made on this platform are voluntary actions taken of your own free will. There is no coercion, deception, or exploitation of psychological vulnerability involved.

        3. Jurisdiction: In the event of any dispute arising from these services, both parties agree that the New Taipei District Court shall serve as the court of first instance.
