Points Usage Guidelines

Soul Enchanter (Spending Over NT$500,000)
Included in the annual high-tier identification list (non-public, not disclosed externally)

Chapter 3: Upgrade, Maintenance & Recovery
Upgrade Criteria
- Qualification Standard: Tier upgrades are based on “actual amount paid” (excluding any discounts, refunds, or coupon deductions).
- Calculation Period: Spending records are “lifetime cumulative.” Once the threshold is reached, the corresponding tier privileges are unlocked (based on the date payment is received).
Maintenance & Dormancy
- Maintenance Requirement: To maintain premium service quality, your tier requires at least one purchase of any amount within 12 months.
- Dormancy Consequences: If the maintenance requirement is not met, the account will be switched to “dormant status” and points will be reset to zero.
Recovery Process
- Dormant accounts must make a new purchase and then contact customer service. After manual review, the corresponding tier privileges will be reactivated.
Special Notes
Certain high-tier privileges (such as Black Tier Love Spells and Master fortune reminders) are subject to the Master’s availability and must follow the platform’s scheduling. Immediate execution is not guaranteed.
